To activate your ALUX membership you need to call 8688301701. You will be asked for a name and an active phone number.

You can begin to avail the benefits once your membership card is active. 

ALUX points are points that can be redeemed at ALUX DENTAL. 1 ALUX point equals 1 INR. ALUX points once issued cannot be converted into cash, are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

To redeem your points at ALUX dental inform your clinical coordinator in prior of your existing membership. At the time of payment ask your coordinator for payment through ALUX points.

Your coordinator will ask you for your membership card, name and mobile number used for registration. You can then choose how many points you’d like to redeem during the payment.

If the amount in your card doesn’t cover the service charges you will be prompted to select an additional payment method. ALUX points can only be redeemed once your membership is active. 

An 18% cash back in the form of ALUX points is added to your account after every payment for all services. Cash back is deposited after 24 hours following complete payment for the service availed.

The best compliment you can give to us is a referral. For every referral who avails our 3D consultation, 200 ALUX points are deposited into the member’s account. Referring member’s PID number must be provided at the time of payment for the points to be issued. 

To check the balance on your Privilege card you can call 8688301701. You will be asked for your PID number and name. 

Members having ALUX points of a minimum value of 30,000 or above for 12 months consecutively are eligible for an additional 6% cash back on all services. This additional 6% cash back is automatically applied to all payment transactions.  

 No, the Privileged membership can be used only for one member. It cannot be shared, borrowed or transferred. 

The Membership privileges and incentives are only valid upon presentation of the card at the time of payment Membership benefits cannot be clubbed with any other in-office promotion unless otherwise stated The member is solely responsible for the safety and security of the membership card.

ALUX dental is not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if card is lost, stolen or damaged. ALUX DENTAL reserves the right to deny accepting any membership card if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards or identity mismatch.

Use of this privilege membership card constitutes your acceptance of the terms & conditions of the ALUX Privilege membership programme as prescribed or amended from time to time by ALUX DENTAL PVT. LTD The decision of the company shall be final and binding.

In the event of any dispute, parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Bangalore only. This is only a Membership Card, not a credit/Debit card and is a property of ALUX DENTAL PVT.
